1. Services

LUMIÈRE STUDIO provides professional creative services including photography, videography, and fine art print production. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project will be detailed in a separate written agreement or proposal provided prior to commencement of work.

2. Bookings and Deposits

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee). The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files or as agreed in the project proposal. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the full deposit.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance will be accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

LUMIÈRE STUDIO retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all images, videos, and creative works produced. Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered materials for the purposes agreed upon in the project brief.

We reserve the right to use project materials for our portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless a written confidentiality agreement has been signed prior to the project commencement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information and briefs
• Obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or releases required for the shoot location or subjects
• Ensuring that all persons appearing in photography or videography have provided informed consent
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes

6. Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Final approval constitutes acceptance of the delivered work.

7. Limitation of Liability

LUMIÈRE STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Warranties and Representations

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, viral reach, or commercial performance of delivered materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
